Personally Identifiable Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

If you fill out a Jotform or subscribe to our email list, your email address and any personal information you provide will be shared with us, Jotform, Scale to Win, and our email service Mailchimp for the purpose of sending occasional email updates about our campaign.

If you fill out a form on our Endorsements page, your name and any information provided may be listed publicly on our website.

If you fill out a form on our Contact page, your name, email address, and any information provided will be emailed to marknagales.com.

If you visit our Donate page and make an online contribution, your information will be shared with Stripe and Donorbox.org for the purpose of tracking monetary transactions. Your information will also be reported to the FPPC as part of our reporting requirements as a political campaign committee.

You may request to see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
